The hokkanegal issue!!

Hokkanegal is small place with a waterfall dwindnling down rocks. Now this is exactly the place over which the two Indian states of Tamil nadu and Karnataka are fighting over. THis is not the first time that both these states are fighting against each other. Even earlier the two states had fought over the water sharing deal in the cauvery. There is a lot of histroy that has to be looked into and only negotiations will bring a solution to the problem.
