Chill out this summer
Summer has arrived and its time to think of plans to chill out. For all those who are completely useless and are in their holidays, just head out to some hill station and have fun. Kodaikanal, ooty or moonar would be a very good choice for south indians. For others, who have office or college, try to drink a lot of butter milk. It would do a lot of good. Further if you are a person suffering from hari loss, do not keep your scalp dry. ANd moreover drink a lot of juices but do not go near mangoes as they produce heat. So chill out and stay healthy this summer.
